payment guidelines

What is the single most IMPORTANT thing for Participant Payment ?

  • The PARTICIPANT NAME(s) !! 
  • This is the real key piece of info used to link your Payment to Registration. Of course Email is also there BUT not more important than name. If this is missing or not matching, we don’t know who paid for what. PLEASE enter this info in the Message/For field before submitting.

  • Examples: Single: “Aniruddha”. Group: “Achyutha, Anantha, Govinda, Mukunda”.

What are my payment options ?

  • Online via Zelle or Cash App (details provided on this website further) – Recommended as it provides convenience for you and better planning for us.
  • Traditional methods such as cash on event day or send a check – when you cannot make online – Not recommended.

How do I make Online Payment ?

  • We have added popular Zelle and Cash App as methods. This is for community’s convenience and to save time on event day. Both are free to use.

What do I need to enter in Payment Form ?

  • You will enter some “key” pieces of data like Name(s) and Email, Amount sent and confirmation# you got from Zelle or Cash App.
  • Submitting form will send email confirmation to you and to us to reconcile your payment to your registration.

Is my payment data safe ?

  • Absolutely!  For your safety, we do not handle your card/bank information. Zelle is within your bank system. 
    Cash App handles your payment, not us. Your payment information stays secure within respective payment systems. Period!

I am a Teacher. Can I do ONE single Payment for all of my students ?

  • YES! By all means. This is recommended. On the payment form you will put comma separated list of all student names and YOUR Email instead of students’. We need to match payment with participant names in registration. So we need all those student names. All communications will go to your id.

I am a Parent. Can I do ONE single Payment for all of my kids' registrations ?

  • Sure you can!  You probably did multiple SINGLE participant registrations, one each for each kid. You can make one common payment. On the payment form you will put comma separated list of all participant names as entered in Registration. We need to match payment with participant names in registration. So we need all those kids’ names as you entered in Registration. We will match one common payment with all those single separate registrations. Alternatively, you can also chose to send multiple payments, one each for each kid. Anything is fine with us.

How do you link my Payment with my Registration ?

  • We rely on you to provide same participant NAME (or NAMES for group items) on both Registration and Payment screens. They must match. We also ask for EMAIL id for secondary reasons. 
    Examples: Single: “Aniruddha”. Group: “Achyutha, Anantha, Govinda, Mukunda”.

Can I make Payment at a later time after Registration ?

  • Yes, not recommended though. Make sure you link “key” fields like Name and Email to match with Registration data.

Will I get email confirmations for my Payment ?

  • Sure thing. You will get notifications from our website after you submit the form at the end of payment page. You will also get one from your bank for Zelle (if setup), or Cash App system. You will also get instant online confirmations with Zelle and Cash App; we need that Confirmation# for our form, please look for it. 

How do I make a Donation ?

  • Thank you for your big heart! Because of kind hearted people like you, this tradition has survived for 550 years! Use the “Donate” button below OR go thru Menu/Payments/Donations.
